Affiliate Program Terms of Service
In order for the Customer to participate in the Affiliate program, the store.nillhitstyle.com.br adopts some guidelines that Customers must know and agree to:
1. The Affiliate Program
The Customer becoming an Affiliate must have a company as this Affiliate Program is exclusive to legal entities only.
After the Client becomes an Affiliate, he will have in his My Account panel a place where he can generate his link so that he can make his disclosures as an Affiliate. Thus being able to generate an extra income, through the indication of our products that end in a paid order on store.nillhitstyle.com.br
2. Commission
The value of the commission is 5% of the value of the product without taxes, fees, shipping, per referred customer who came through the Affiliate link and paid for a product on store.nillhitstyle.com.br
The commission will be in the value of the site's default currency, the US Dollar, regardless of whether the customer buys with another type of currency available on store.nillhitstyle.com.br
3. Indications
As indications are pending for analysis for a period of 30 days and may vary up to 90 days. After this period, the Affiliate receives the commission for the nominations that have been approved.
The commissions from referrals that have been paid and duly released for analysis will be on the Transactions page so that the Affiliate can see what the commissions are for referrals that are in the process of being analyzed.
Approval Criteria
To be approved, the referral must meet the following criteria:
(i) The referral must be from an order that the referral paid for on the store.nillhitstyle.com.br;
(ii) The nominee must have purchased one of the products;
(iii) The nominee must be up to date with the payment for the product by the end of the analysis period;
(iv) The referral must be generated from the Affiliate link;
(v) Purchases that are not generated from the Affiliate link will not be registered by the system and do not generate referrals.
Referral registration
The Affiliate program uses Cookies (text files that store information) valid for 15 days to track referrals. It is important to point out that, if the reader disables cookies in his browser, the indication will not be tracked.
The Affiliate is not allowed to make purchases for you.
Referrals originating from the Affiliate's own purchases will be disapproved.
4. Payment of commissions
After the review period, commissions that add up to more than $200.00 dollars and the Affiliate meets all payment criteria will receive the commission for the approved referrals.

Documents for payment
In order for the commission to be paid, the Affiliate must send a Service Invoice. If the document is not received in a timely manner for processing, payment may be scheduled for the following month.
Payment date
Approved commissions are paid by sending a Service Invoice up to 4 business days before the 15th of each month so that the payment is made on the 15th or the next business days.
Payment
The Payment of the commission is made via bank transfer, it is important that all financial information is provided correctly.
We pay commissions in American dollar ($) currency.
The Affiliate agrees that if there is a transfer fee to send the commission to the Affiliate, the transfer fee will be deducted from the amount the Affiliate will receive.
Maximum payment term
From the moment the indication is approved and becomes a commission amount, the commission will be available for deposit within a maximum period of up to 30 days. After this period, if the Affiliate has not informed data or provided documents necessary for payment, the commission will expire and the Affiliate will lose the right to receive them.
Disputing amounts
The Affiliate has a period of 30 days after the payment of the commission to challenge the amount received.
5. Tax Document
Affiliates must provide an Invoice for services issued by a company in order for their commissions to be paid.
For the payment of commissions, the Affiliate must issue a service invoice with the following data:

– It is mandatory to include in the note notes (Description required): “Affiliate Program” for identification, your e-mail Affiliate ID, your Affiliate Tracking Code, your full name and payment company bank details.
Payment of the commission will only be made upon receipt of the invoice by email (in the case of an electronic invoice in PDF) or via Post Office, in the case of a paper invoice.
Invoices issued by individuals are not accepted, only legal entities.
Important:
– Bank details must belong to the company.
6. Veto
(i) Disclosure of the Affiliate link on adult or pornographic content websites, content that incites or promotes violence, content considered hateful against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, disability, sex, religion, age and/or sexual orientation. Traffic exchange websites, promotions and illegal downloading or marketing are also not in agreement.
(ii) The practice of SPAM or the offer of incentives is not allowed.
(iii) The Affiliate is not allowed to present himself as a NILL HIT STYLE, HIT STYLE or store.nillhitstyle.com.br in any way.
(iv) It is not allowed to make sponsored ads on social networks.
(v) brand HIT STYLE and its variations and spelling errors.
(vi) brand HIT STYLE together with another additional term, such as: [hitstyle coupon], [hitstyle promotion], [hitstyle promo code], [hitstyle product]. Purchasing terms in broad, exact, or phrase matches is not permitted.
(vii) It is prohibited to use any keyword related to NILL HIT STYLE, HIT STYLE
(viii) It is prohibited for the Affiliate to use NILL HIT STYLE, HIT STYLE – Forum, FAQ, blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, Kwai, TikTok among others – for the purpose of promoting your Affiliate link or website.
(ix) It is prohibited for the Affiliate to incorporate any content that is made available on the NILL HIT STYLE website within its website. The act of copying the source code and replicating the site elsewhere (iframes) is not allowed.
Misuse of the HIT STYLE brand will result in the Affiliate's immediate suspension and cancellation of all outstanding referrals.
7. Responsibilities of the website/blog
The Affiliate is solely responsible for the development, operation, maintenance and for all content (text, image, audio and video) of its website.
The Affiliate is also responsible for ensuring that the content posted on its website does not violate or infringe any law, including, but not limited to, Federal Law No. other personal or property rights). You must also ensure that the content posted on your website is not defamatory or illegal.
The Affiliate must have express permission to use some of the material that is copyrighted or owned by others. The site store.nillhitstyle.com.br will not be responsible if the Affiliate uses part of the material protected by copyright, in violation of the law. In addition to the foregoing, store.nillhitstyle.com.br will immediately terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate program if it understands that the Affiliate has engaged in any of the following activities:
(i) Sending unsolicited bulk emails , or any other form of SPAM, including, but not limited to, discussion groups, lists, forums, or violation of federal law;
(ii) Providing inaccurate or incomplete information to store.nillhitstyle.com.br about your identity, address and other necessary information;
(iii) Attempt to deceive, defraud or deceive store.nillhitstyle.com.br in any way;
(iv) Misrepresent the terms and conditions of the store.nillhitstyle.com.br;
(v) Engage in click network advertising activities;

(ix) The Affiliate is not authorized to offer any type of incentive - promotion, bonus, coupon, prize, money, gift, among others, to leverage its sales.
8. Term of Agreement
Affiliate program store.nillhitstyle.com.br and ends when requested by either party, at any time, with or without cause, upon communication via email to the other party. The email notice sent to the electronic address that store.nillhitstyle.com.br communicates with the Affiliate is considered sufficient to terminate this agreement. If this agreement is terminated as a result of the Affiliate's breach of any of the terms, the Affiliate will not be eligible to receive commission payments, even commissions for referrals approved prior to the termination date. If this agreement is terminated for any other reason, the Affiliate will be eligible to receive commission in respect of approved referrals that occurred during the term of this agreement and/or approved referrals received by the termination date.
9. Modification
The store.nillhitstyle.com.br reserves the right to modify any information of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement at any time. The Affiliate's continuity in the Affiliate program after the modification of any information of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement will constitute acceptance of the change. If the Affiliate does not agree with the change, it must notify store.nillhitstyle.com.br in writing within 48 hours of the change, expressly terminating this agreement.
10. Relationship of the parties
The Affiliate and store.nillhitstyle.com.br are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement will create any commercial partnership, joint venture, franchise agency, sales representation or employment relationship between the parties. The Affiliate has no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of store.nillhitstyle.com.br. The Affiliate cannot make any statement, whether on its website or not, that would contravene any item in this agreement. The Affiliate is not an agent of the store.nillhitstyle.com.br and the store.nillhitstyle.com.br expressly disclaims liability for any conduct carried out by the Affiliate. Any negative advertising for the HIT STYLE that comes from an Affiliate will result in the immediate termination of that Affiliate's participation in the program and the cancellation of any outstanding referrals.
11. Limitations of Liability
The store.nillhitstyle.com.br is not responsible for any loss of revenue, profits or data arising from this agreement, or the Affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Legal Notices
The store.nillhitstyle.com.br no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate program or any corporate services or other items sold through the program (including, but not limited to, warranties of suitability, merchantability, non-compliance, or any implied warranties arising from a course of performance, dealing or commercial use). Furthermore, store.nillhitstyle.com.br makes no representation that the operation of its website (store.nillhitstyle.com.br) will be uninterrupted or error free, and it will not be responsible for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
13. Representations and Warranties
The Affiliate represents and warrants that this agreement is regular, valid and effective, and that it fully agrees with its terms, constituting a legal, true, binding and enforceable obligation in its entirety, all in accordance with the terms of this agreement, and that the performance, delivery and performance, by the Affiliate under this Agreement, within its legal capacity and power, have been duly authorized by it, does not require the approval or consent of any other person and does not violate or constitute a standard under (i) the performance of any law, rule, regulation, order, decision or sentence, to which the Affiliate is subject or to which the Affiliate is bound, or (ii) the terms of any other agreement, document or instrument applicable or linked to the affiliate. 14. Confidentiality
For purposes of this agreement, the term “confidential information” includes, but is not limited to, any modifications to the terms and provisions of this agreement.

The Affiliate agrees not to disclose any confidential information and that such information shall remain strictly confidential, secret and shall not be used, directly or indirectly, by the Affiliate for its own business purposes or for any other purpose, except and only to the extent that such information is normally known or accessible to the public or is required by law or legal process.
store.nillhitstyle.com.br makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any information delivered, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from patents, trademarks, or copyright infringements, whether resulting from of law, custom or behavior, or the accuracy or completeness of the information.
15. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless store.nillhitstyle.com.br, employees, directors, agents, other Affiliates, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, losses, damages or expenses, including fees attorneys' fees, of whatever nature incurred or suffered by store.nillhitstyle.com.br (collectively the "losses"), to the extent such losses (or actions in connection therewith) arise from or are based on (i) any claim orbrand HIT STYLE or violates the rights of any third party (ii) the breach of any promise, covenant, representation or warranty made by the Affiliate here or (iii) any claim relating to the Affiliate's website.
16. Miscellaneous
Accounts that are deactivated from the Affiliate program can no longer enjoy the benefits of the program.
The store.nillhitstyle.com.br reserves the right to establish a reserve fund with commissions for a period of time deemed necessary in situations where sales generated by an Affiliate have a high and consistent cancellation rate. The store.nillhitstyle.com.br will be the sole and final arbitrator for any and all disputes or claims related to the legitimacy of sales. Subject to these restrictions, this agreement will be binding and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.'s store.nillhitstyle.com.br to comply with any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce these or any other provision of this agreement.
17. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be submitted to the Central Forum of the District of São José dos Campos, State of São Paulo, Brazil, which will be the only competent to resolve any issue or controversy arising from or resulting from the use of the website store.nillhitstyle.com.br, expressly renouncing any other, however privileged it may be, or will be.
